| Terms and Conditions Eligible resellers in North America who complete full Seagate Partner Program (SPP) registration on a special website and agree to these terms may be eligible for a FREE $5 (US$) Starbucks Gift Card, limit 1 per qualified registrant. Customer must complete a registration for the Seagate Partner Program during the program period of January 17, 2006 through March 3, 2006. Customers who have registered for SPP prior to the program are not eligible for the promotion. This program is limited to Resellers who receive the direct mail and complete their registration on-line and live within Canada and the United States. Offer is not transferable or assignable. Void where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law. Seagate reserves the right to change, alter or cancel this offer at any time. Neither Seagate nor their subsidiaries or agents will be responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible promotional materials nor for typographical or other errors in printing or advertising of materials. Seagate is not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected shipment of Starbucks Gift Card. Seagate must receive all registration disputes by March 24, 2006.
